Agree, IMO NHRA did a poor job of running Atlanta. It was a great facility but didn't have enough events and most were run poorly unless run by some other promoter / sanctioning body.

I have the manifold, carb, brackets, linkage, springs for a 67 273. Heads are 2658920. Probably not what you want but just in case. Add

Where are you located?

The valve covers are sold but the remainder of the 67 Commando remains including intake manifold, Carter AFB, all linkages and brackerts, air cleaner. Only one person was interested in the engine / trans package so now I'm starting to break it up.

318 + 904 I have this 318 listed on Marketplace.

It's oil. Look at the oil in #7, notice a portion of it looks dark like #5 and a portion of it looks like #1.

If what your seeing is the outermost portion of the bore (bottom of photo) that is oil. Notice 5 & 7 have a lot of oil also. If that's not what your seeing let me know.
