Good info above. If the others will come off, you may be able to pull out on the wheel while hitting it with the air gun.
I think I would try a 1/2" impact. It is possible by cocking the stud while spinning at high speed it may back off.
Are you saying the stud is spinning or the nut on the stud is spinning?
Is it cross threaded? Have you tried an air gun to try and spin it off? Front or rear? Drum or disc?
1/2"-3/4" seems like a lot of work for so little gain. I run SS springs with 15x8's and 275x60x15 Nitto drag radials on my 68 fish.

Problem with that is having enough meat to re drill to 5 on 4 1/2". I mean diameter wise.

On the front of my 68 Barracuda I went with 215x60x15 and they fit nice on15x6. Not sure if you can get them in 14's also?

The Ozone has an effect on aging tires. Myself, I won't run a tire over 5 years old.
I would make sure the stud comes to at least the outside of the nut. If that means using 3/16 spacers, try those.
I run the same width rim with 4.25 BS and 275x60x15 555R Nitto drag radials. I tried 4.5 but I didn't feel to good with the clearance
