    You usually have to dink around to get it closer to perfect than the charts can get you. 1 tooth is usually 2-3 mph. You are close.

    The cam bears are OK. They will be plenty of oil thru that opening. The ring gap @ 34 is certainly not optimal but will run fine in a street application.

    The cam bearings are fine. I was worried about an "offset" on ours as well. Showed my machinist(50 yr mopar guy) and he said don't sweat it. Sorry to read tho, very disappointing.

    8 3/4 auburn grip and loc carrier. broken parts question

    photos. round broken "button" was on the center pin. spring came out i assume when the button broke. you can see in the third pic where the button went on the pin.

    well the gear on the shaft of the trans stays the same.. the gear that goes to the speedo will get larger. so i guess the speedo will slow down.
