Just an update...to say there is no update...still waiting on the oil pan ( since November) and pistons...the rods did show up about a month ago
Is someone selling small block heads that they claim are flowing 318 CFM? Did they move the push rods over?
I stole the build idea from @RAMM...I just tweaked it a bit
If they flow 270 for $1500 a set they are just as good for the average build as the old New Zealand castings...
Those do not look like the New Zealand casting...if you sell them as such you may end up with an un-happy purchaser..
@RAMM I just had a set of Scat rods delivered from DIX performance out of Edmonton...they may have more
I ordered 2 sets of rods through our local shop before Christmas…I will check today and see if they showed up…if they did I can send you one set…

Why is there a bearing on the old spool motor mount…did someone modify it to fit a biscuit style k member?
You would have to be off your trolley to do this build at a shop… it would be cheaper to buy an Indy W2 top end
