OP writes a title that reads "440 overheating 230 degrees" but I don't recall if it was ever mentioned that it actually boiled over. To me, the term "overheating" is associated with a sudden purge of coolant once the pressure gets too high for the radiator cap to hold. If that has not happened...

Hello....Sorry, I missed your last post about this. I traced the electrical draw in the truck to a voltmeter that I had tapped into constant power instead of switched power. Once I wired it to only read with the ignition on, the battery issues went away. Thank you for trying to help.
