More progress pics. Turbos look to be situated and the new intercooler is fabbed and lo ram intake is in place. Unfortunately ill have to figure out a new option for a wiper motor or rainx the mess out of my windshield before drag n drive events when inget back east next year.

Nothing new recently other than i got word from circle D that i have to send the new converter back in because they found a descrepency with a batch of metal that might have been used in making it. Sp i grt to lool forward to pulling it back out again.

She is officially dropped off at fab. One of the best in the PNW working on her.

Last season was about 3520lbs with me in it. This season should be a decent amount lighter. I'll have it on the scales before it come sback out of fab so i know for sure what kind of overall weight i saved this off season.

Last pieces i needed for fab showed up today. New wastegate inlet and outlet flanges and clamps.

Finally dropping off to fab thr 18th. I cant wait.

Loaded up for fab when he finally calls. Had to load before 2 weeks of rain.

I didnt draw one but i took a picture if i for future reference. i also got the driveshaft disconnected, trans dropped, and converter swapped out. No more camerons 9.5 converter, instesd we have the circle d specialities converter going in.

Well luckily I hold onto stuff and and older bracket was able to work with a different sized belt with some trimming on some spacers. Tada. Problem solved. May try and get to the converter this weekend.

That was the plan. I have to trim on piece of the old bracket snd remeasure the belt length. Easy peasy.

I definitely don't have 8 inches to do the transition at any point, especially at the throttle body/intercooler. So I'll have to take the hit where applicable. But these newer turbos make more power and make it earlier than the old setup, so I should be fine with the hit.

More goodies coming in. This time the 4 to 3 reducers with a tight enough transition, and quick release clamps, for redoing the cold side piping.

Got some good news. The circle d converter has shipped. I also finally weighed the rear wheel setups and saved 40lbs overall switching to the rc comp rear wheels over the solid steel ones from before. Also weighed all the stainless steel intercooler piping snd it was 38lbs overall. I'll post...

Got the old jegs wheels and tires off. New wheels will be here tomorrow for the front, and new mickey thompson 26x4x17 tires will be here and should hopefully have them mounted snd balanced and on Friday too. Got hiking to do Saturday. Got all the intercooler piping in the mail too finally. So...

I cant wait for fab to get done. I'm stoked to get all the heavy steel cold side out and aluminum up there to save the weight for one, and get rid of all the rubber boots and switching over to the quick release bands, and solid vbands all around. Everything being done this winter will bring...

Finally got around to getting the name back on the front of her. I do thank you all for help in naming her.

Went out for a little cruise to pickup groceries and what do you know....found a pair of precision gen ii 7675 turbos on the shelf with all the clamps and bands it takes to switch em over on my car.
