Finally got the welder sorted out,working much better.
And panels done on right side.3 pieces to fix it. Just have to dress up floor pan a little from inside. I havent even looked inside yet. [ATTACH]
So i made a good start,inner one welded in,outer patch 1/2 tacked. Had to go deal with water in son’s basement. [ATTACH]

Slow going, pulled car back in and dropped diff and springs.
Welded in a couple braces and a few stitch welds to floor and frame connectors....
That is by no means an amateur job. Its well done and the work appears Meticulous.
