We had a good “blow” this past summer that took out a few trees in the neighborhood, and about a 1/4 mile away one fell across the road. Tree “belonged” to Neighbor X, as it was rooted on his property, but they weren’t home when it fell on the road, so Neighbor Y (the next door neighbor) cut it...

Yup. Our front yard is shaped like a bowl, and for some reason the deer seem to think it's a playground. Drives the dogs nuts. I'll try to get a video of it sometime.
