    Just find a pre 70 dampner Then confirm that TDC(#1cylinder is all the way up) lines up with TDC on your dampner

    Yes everything would bolt on Funny that its a 69 timing cover Either its a late production 68 and they used a 69 cover Or who did the swap just needed a early pass side timing marks cover

    It like detective work need all the clues The timing cover is a 69 only 70 they changed the side the lower hose came out So some were would think an engine swap was done Maybe they changed the t cover then

    Need a 68 or 69 dampner Can use the 68 cover but need the bolt on timing pointer

    woudn't run it without the balancer could end up cracking your crank just cause it hasn't yet you need to tie together the frame rails where the old org bell housing trans mount were when they moved the rear trans mount think they make a kit ...something about the flex in the rear spring...

    lot of small block chevys are down by the crank..... that looks like a bosch sensor make sure the wires are shielded high voltage will f-with those

    don't think stainless likes anything to stick to it and too hot it might get brittle not 100 % sure of the fitment ..but maybe garage door cable come with the crimps
