Ok, think I'm done with my Doug's Headers. Looking to go back to a more factory look in the engine compartment. My H code 72 was born on 8/26/71 and the 65th car down the line. No big hurry, probably which over in the next 6 months. Thanks, FABO members.

No, the car in picture is not my car. The photo was taken at the Mopar Nationals years ago. I just wondered what the holes were for on my firewall. I believe this car was a 72 as well.

My 72 Demon was built on 8/26/71, very early for 72’s.

Can someone tell me what this small item is on the right side firewall? My 72 must have had one because it has the 2 holes where this mystery item is in the photo.

Believe it or not, those chrome wheels were all back ordered and didn’t want to wait. I chose the painted ones like the factory used without trim rings. The car is garaged and only out on a good day, rust is not an issue. I may put trim rings on at a later date.

FYI, I thought for sure my rear window was leaking on my 2014 Ram. I kept getting water under the back seat. Never had the problem until I began leaving my trusty Ram outside. So I went online and found other guys having the same problem. These cab vents have been redesigned, problem solved...

I put Doug's in my Demon with the power steering box. It's a *****, manual steering is much easier.

The A/C motor was used on 65-72 A body and 66-70 B body cars from what I researched.

My 72 Demon is a 3 bolt, I think it changed in 73. I bought a bunch of a/c parts from a guy who had a 72 Duster he was restoring. I had 3 a/c heater boxes date coded 72 at one time and all were 3 bolt motors. If you have a 4-bolt motor, don't think it's a 72 box. I can get to the USPS tomorrow...

Got a 72 a/c box I'm parting out from a Duster.

First time I put my RPM on my 340 I didn't get enough RTV to fill the china walls. Yes it's a big gap, that's why I just used the cork gaskets there. Cleaned the area real good and put the RTV on the wall and bottom side of gaskets and let sit over night. That way they won't squirt out and hold...
