2614 is the date code - September 23rd 1968 (1969 model year)
Look for the numbers stamped into that welded on 'coin' on the front face. It should have the last two digits of the part number.

You missed a number in the head casting number, it ends in 915.Even when used on 340s, they do have 360 cast in them.
