Well I want to stay Mopar and I like the flush look and overall design. What part is it that is breaking? Is there some way that I could reinforce it prior to installation?

Yes the od shifter box is the same. You just have to pull the actual shifter arm out and change the rods across. Jeff

It is a square.bore carb. Not a spread. The adapater was on the intake when i purchased it and i had not attempted to mount it yet. Either way the adapter comes with the intake. I'm open to offers. Thanks Jeff
