    Baseball Fans (Best Player Ever)

You are not fooling anyone. You singled me out. Others here talked of Ruth, and not one of them ever saw him. Yet you chose to attack me because I haven't seen a couple of the players I have named. You are an idiot. I am not trying to impress anyone. I met O'Neil. He was a Negro League legend...

    Baseball Fans (Best Player Ever)

No need to insult me because I stated the players I like. Don't start your typical bull ****. This is "The Best Player Ever" not "The Best Player You Have Personally Seen Play in Your Lifetime", dumbass. And for your information I met Buck O'Neil in Washington when I was a kid, and I attended a...

    Baseball Fans (Best Player Ever)

The Braves used to be an amazing team. But in today's baseball, money is everything. Which is why I only like the Yanks because of the legacy left by Gehrig, DiMaggio, Ruth, Mantle, Maris, etc. And I forgot to add Jackie Robinson and Satchel Paige to my list. Had the Negro League been...

    Baseball Fans (Best Player Ever)

Lou Gehrig, the luckiest man on the face of the Earth, was the best baseball player pre-1960. I would then have to go with Pete Rose followed by Mickey Mantle. Best modern baseball player? A-Rod because of his age and skill. I bet you can't guess what my favorite team is. :-D

Copy that. I will modify that SOB this week.

It always happens when it rains.

You drilled the cap full of holes? And are the custom buttons (like MOPAR, Ford symbol, etc) retained the same way? I planned on purchasing the MOPAR cap, but if it is held in like this one, I changed my mind. :angry2:

It always happens when it rains.

Good info, I'll do that. The cap's retention method is ridiculous. First time in ages. :-D I thought about that. It did it once driving, and I drove nearly 2 miles before I could get the horn unplugged from the wheel, as I couldn't pull over. It is really a pain in the ***. :angry2: ... Who...

It always happens when it rains.

Kind of. I just installed a new Grant Challenger GT on my Duster, and I hate the way the center horn button is held in place. The slightest turn makes it pop out and the horn blares until it is either re-seated or you unplug the wire. Well I got home from class today (after driving the Duster 30...

    Brain Age Test

Which probably isn't that difficult considering your age isn't even on the chart. :bootysha: :-D

    Brain Age Test

I scored 28, and I am 20. Theoretically I would have to score 100% on every test to equal my current age, so that test isn't fair unless you are 25 or older. :-D

    Finally got my A Body

Throw some 15's (295/50/R15) in the back and some 14's (195/65/R14) on the front. That is what I am running on my Duster. :-D I have never driven a /6, but from what I hear they are nice considering the size. Good luck with the build. :thumblef:

    Finally got my A Body

I say keep the Dishes. :-D What are your plans for the engine? Leave the 6, or move on up? If you are upgrading, I say make it a sleeper. Black wheels and police dishes look sweet.

Rock Island Armory 1911 Officers Model

While the Springfield 1911 Government model is my next buy, I can safely say that, so far, the best handgun I have ever owned is the H&K USP 45. I also had a Glock 23, which was very reliable, but the German made guns just catch my fancy (I also had a G3, which was very nice). This is the USP...

Yep. It is on the other side of Waldo. I drive by it all of the time (on the way to college) but have never been in or had any work done. Familiar with the place?

    Bucket Seat Combos

Well I have sealed the deal with the ProCar seats. They were only used for a short period, and look awesome. Plus they are only $300 for the pair. I have decided to fabricate the adapter by bending and welding some steel bars from the local Tractor Supply. I may even decide to buy the adapter...

    Bucket Seat Combos

Only issue is that I am in Florida, and you are in North Carolina. Shipping would be a *****, and I just payed my college debts yesterday, so I have a limited budget. :sad1:

    Bucket Seat Combos

I never thought about that. :banghead: As for Craigslist, a set of ProCar Rally's just came up for $300 in Jacksonville, meaning I can pick them up. They are gray, but in nice condition (no tears, stains, etc). IF YOU CAN GUARANTEE they will fit, I will jump on them. Would I just need to drill...

    Bucket Seat Combos

Yeah but I am in Florida, and most of the ones I find are for pick-up only (out of state). I don't know why people are scared of shipping seats. :banghead: I can't just buy a set of 1974 Duster tracks and fit them to an aftermarket seat? That is of course, taking into account the danger...

    Bucket Seat Combos

Seeing as the seats themselves aren't really an issue, how about the tracks? I know they go into the indentions in the floor, but because I replaced the floor panels with sheet metal (they were rusted through), they no longer exist. Will I just have to grow a pair and fabricate some brackets, or...

    Bucket Seat Combos

What kind of buckets have you integrated into your cars? I am looking for buckets for my Duster (it has a bench right now) and was entertaining the idea of using aftermarket buckets, or buckets from another make, but I am not sure what would fit or work best (aside from the originals). What...

    Odd state driving laws

I thought they fake as well, but they are Florida law: If an elephant is tied to a parking meter, the owner or attendant must deposit money in the meter. It is illegal to block any traveled wagon road. In Florida you may not ride a skateboard without license. Also in Florida, if your License...

    Bucket Seat Interchangeability

I have searched high and low for an answer to this question, but can't seem to find one: I have a 1974 Plymouth Duster that currently has a split bench, but I am wanting buckets for it. The question I have is about interchangeability with bucket seats. The mounting humps on the floor of the car...

Here goes: I was born and raised here in Florida. My parents have been married for 23 years; I am 19 years old. I was raised by two loving individuals that instilled in me a desire to succeed, be open-minded, and to be self-sufficient. I was never disciplined as you guys were (with the...
