ummm that maybe a problem.... im changing the suspension to full RMS. guess the driveshaft will have to wait a while!

oh I knew id have to shorten my driveshaft. the car currently has a 7 1/4 connected to a /6. does the drive shaft need to b beefed up at all or does it just need to be shortened? how short?

thanks that's very helpful. im horribly under-educated with rear ends. ease of rebuild is always a good thing tho! my rear will also need axles and brakes swapped as well cuz im changing the bolt pattern, but that can come later. it aint in the car yet

I have an A body 8 3/4 that im working on to put in my Dart. it is currently and unknown open geared 741 case. I found for sale a SG 3.23 742 center section for sale. would I be able to just directly swap the two centers without issue (other than required gaskests and seals)?
