    Thanks for the responses, I just taped the trim on it, it's not fitted properly. In person the wide trim seems to steal the look away from the rest of the car but I may be used to the look of the car ( first pic) after 10 years:cheers:

    YOUR RIGHT, the Old R12 fittings were usually the same size. you would have to put adapters onto the original fittings to charge with R134 gauge sets

    Thanks for the reply. Yea, I tried that at various suppliers..all the heavier oil up here. Even tried in Grand Forks and Fargo ND Lucas is already here and the right weight. Another option of course is ordering VR1 from Summitt

    Hello Everyone, I am just wondering if anyone is using the Lucas Hot Rod oil and if they are happy with it. I was going to use VR1 silver bottle racing oil but all suppliers here have only the heavy 20-50 weight. Way to heavy for my stock LA 360 Its all about the zinc of course Thanks
