Using LX (New Charger/Magnum/300) Wheels on a 74 Dart

Well, thank you Jefflock. I bought this Dart ten years ago. It is built on a tight budget but I am always using good quality parts. I am not a mechanic but I have learned basic mechanical skills with friends, magazines and Internet. So I am really proud of my little Dart :D For the tires...

Using LX (New Charger/Magnum/300) Wheels on a 74 Dart

Here is mine with the wheels finally installed. I am a graphic designer so I enhanced the piuctures a little lol. They are 300 touring wheels from a 2007 Like sneke_eyez I used longer front studs with 3/4 spacers on front and billet 1 inch spacer on back. see previous post for all the infos

    Should I do it??

Two different cars, two different driving feelings. I love the agility and comfort of my new Charger but on the other side, the brutality and roughness of my Dart really pleases me. Fortunately, I can afford both. So, what do you prefer? Don't check the value or what it will be worth in few...

***Should I Delete the Trim on 67 Dart***

http://DartGT67.monchar.com/ Here's mine with the deleted trims except the taillight panel (wich is not in great shape). I have bought it that way but I have all the trims with the car. My opinion, if you want to keep the original style, keep the trim. If you want it look custom, delete it.

Using LX (New Charger/Magnum/300) Wheels on a 74 Dart

I don't know for the front wheels but I had no problems fitting them on the rear with a 1 inch spacer. a 1/4 inch with longer studs can do the job easily for less money but I like the look when the wheels are near the fender.

Using LX (New Charger/Magnum/300) Wheels on a 74 Dart

Ok, so here is the «soon to be final» results. On the rear, I used a 1 inch billet spacer cause the wheel was too close from the leaf spring. There was no rubbing but I didn't want to take a chance. I think that the wheel look better closer to the fender. The tires are 225-50-17. On the front...

Using LX (New Charger/Magnum/300) Wheels on a 74 Dart

Here' what I have experienced today... I called the guy at my Dodge Dealer. He told me that he had the same fitting problem with his New Yorker. He also told me that a one inch spacer (with studs) solved the problem. So I borrowed him one just to give 'em a try. He give me one with the wrong...

Using LX (New Charger/Magnum/300) Wheels on a 74 Dart

I tried this afternoon to fit my «old» 2007 300 touring wheels on my 67 Dart. Like Sneke_eyes, I had no problem fitting them in the back with a little 1/4 inches spacer (I will need longer studs). The front did not clear the hub. There is a guy who work at my Dodge dealer that installed...

Also be careful with Vans after sale service. I have placed an order once, he send me the wrong part and never replied to my e-mails. As it was purchased using Paypal, I asked Paypal for a refund. They told me to send back the item for a refund. The return fees were more than the price of the...

    727 or 904

I have modified my 727 with a transpack and a good superstreetfighter stall and I am really happy with the result. I am planning to use a 727 low gear set to get more power from my set up. Don't forget that you will also have to change the driving shaft, buy another stall in addition of...
