The car has always had the 340 as it is #'s matching. The new rod that goes through the firewall needed to be adjusted as it was set too long. The pedal, when pushed, has about 2 in of travel before the brakes come on. So in other words the brakes hit hard after the 2 in of travel is taken up...

I have not tried adjusting that rod, would I shorten or lengthen it?

I was having issues with the brakes on my Duster and discovered the rubber bladder inside the booster was split causing it to lose vacuum so I opted for a new booster. Hi Greg, I am looking for one for my 72 340. Yours looks the same. Do you know if it was working before it came out of the car.

Seems my brake booster has quit working as it will no longer hold vacuum. Took it apart and found it has a hole in the rubber. Tried to patch it but did not work out so I am in need of a replacement. I can not find a new replacement that is the same and was hoping someone might have a used one...

I have all 3 pieces in in good condition. Cluster bezel has a small easy fix crack at one of the screw holes as shown in the pics. Asking $250.00 plus the ride for all 3

I tried to make it but could not get any pressure to hold the window open, I think it is a spring steel. It has to be very thin as it fits in between the hinge when the window is closed
