Install the scoop from the underside. In other words, flange goes on the underside. That's the way we do the 6 pack scoops too. I wish I could help you out, but I make the 62-68 Mopar S/S parts. I do have a lift off Demon / Dart hood mold that we made as a favor, but that is the only thing above 1970 that we make. We are Sled City Fiberglass.

Here at Sled City, we make a dash for the 64-65 B-Bodies and I have seen it in a 62-63 B-body also. Don't know if it would work in what you own.
