    I've used the EZ Wire kits.....last one was my son's 84 D150......at less than half the cost of a Painless kit.....I am very impressed with their kits and tech.     My PBR's (yes i'm a cheap SOB) had the same problem on our J-Heads.....had them milled to clear. PBR's site actually claims they won't fit TA or AAR heads :banghead: Our 408 only has run-in time on the stand and all is good.....we will see down the road :glasses7: Rickster

    Was running 20/50 VR1 in our 408 and oil pressure was at 75# idling.....and up to 100#......took Brian's advice, switched to 10/30 VR1 and now it idles at 65# and up to 85# once warmed up......the biggest noticeable change was no rattling upon cold start-up and instant oil pressure.....Thanks...
