Does anybody know where I can find a diagram for the vacuum hoses of a 318 2 barrel. I have a '72 Duster that is running very rough after winter storage, and need to hook up the vacuum hoses the way the factory intended them to be. Thanks!

Getting ready to pull my '72 Duster out of winter storage. Any advice on what should be done besides basics (tune up, fluid changes etc.)?

I'll check the itre pressure in the morning and see if they are over inflated. Also, a side note, I noticed on the front bolt for the spring is pretty close to the tire. I've never seen this on a car before, but then I've never had a newer car before.

I checked the tires. there is no sign of uneven wearing. The lugs are all tight; I don't own a torque wrench. My concern was I don't want to warp the rotors. But then, This car goes back into storage around April and I'll be back to driving my Duster everyday :cheers:

I guess I'll do what I should have done in the first place and take it to a dealership. It seems every single independent shop here is incompetent! I've never had this problem before, usually the small shops are where you want to go, imo.

I've felt relatively safe going to a well lit area to look at a car (with no cash or credit cards on me). Then going to the DMV and making the deal in front of the notary at the title office. This is of course after taking down the VIN and calling my insurance company to make sure the car is clean.

Why was this car junked? it looks like it would be a half-way decent first car for someone. I hate it when companies like this seem to get a kick out of destroying our country's great automotive heritage. The younger generations need to know that cars didn't always suck!
