    Indy/RHS Heads

I recieved these heads from RHS, and I must say that I don't get impressed easily. But these recieved my attention. They are some very nice castings, clean and heavy, more so than a stock casted head. The machining on them was very good for production castings. The bowl area is as I figured it...

Mikel asked me to post about what I had found and what I did to fix them. Well when I opend the boxes and took a good look at the heads I had noticed that they had been worked on before. I had to chuckle as the company that originally did them was a company here in Atlanta, Ga. Now they did some...

    Big Blocks

This section will cover the Big Block Dodge engines 400s and 440s as the 383 is very close to the 400 with the bore being different only, as they share the same stroke and rod lenghts. The 440 was chosen because of the number of people that have them, the specs will apply to the 413 and 426...

    Small Blocks

This is going to cover small blocks 318s - 360s. These are some combinations that I came up with on these engines, first the 318 and then the 360. You can use these specs. for the 340 also, but I would follow the 360 as it would be closer and have more like parts. engine: 318 compression...

    Cylinder Heads 101

I'm going to attempt to help people out that don't have much knowledge about cylinder heads so they don't make mistakes. Some of this info will be helpful to some, and more helpful to others. drag link

A good friend of mine was jacking up his 65 cornet and as he was jacking up the car it decided to roll as he did a very silly mistake, as he didn't block the tires as there wasn't a engine or transmission in the car. Needless to say the car fell off the jack and bent the center link up about 5"...
