Scott. I am using the push in breathers on mine and they work great. I am using the K&N washable ones. Pop them out and clean them every once in a while and keep going.

Scott, I will text you some pics of my exhaust. 3" ceramic coated. I run full exhaust all the way out, including the correct TTi chrome tips for that car. My exhaust has several header flanges along the way which makes for quick and easy exhaust removal for a track day.

Found a couple more. I put a heat shield around the MC to help brake fade on hot southern days.

I forgot to mention the MC relocation that I did on mine. I totally forgot about that little detail. I found an old picture on my work computer. Maybe you can see a little of it.

I have braided steel lines on my master cylinder. I have never had to move my MC to remove the spark plug or valve cover though.

Pink 70 340 Duster goes for $62K on Mecum

All I know is that there are an awful lot of people with big money willing to buy these cars. Cool for the Dusters to bring good money. That said, when I saw those 3 Ferraris get bids of over $23,000,000.00 dollars each, I was impressed to say the least. After I saw that kind of money willing...

    A Real Hero.

That's the America I remember. People helping other people regardless of the color of their skin, financial standing, or ideological beliefs. Mr. Rice didn't ask any of that stuff, he just rolled up his sleeves and jumped in to help that little boy. He deserves any accolades he got for doing that.

    Beware Dumb Hot Rod Shops

If you can find an alignment shop that does work for body shops, those guys are usually pretty good. They have to get collision repaired vehicles within spec or the insurance companies will not pay the body shop for the repairs. We have a body shop and alignment techs at my shop. Insurance...

I have been searching for a set up similar to that. All the ones that I have found always end up being too tall for my application. Do you have the part numbers for those K&N filters so I can get some measurements. They just might work. Thanks..... Ken.

They do catch a lot of air. While I can't measure the amount of travel at the center of the hood scoop, I would say that coming up 2 - 2.5" on the big end is fairly accurate. Kinda freaks you out when you haven't raced in while...lol

I have to run small filters that sit directly on the carb, with no filter baseplate for hood clearance. I haven't found a workable replacement yet. I am running the Super Stock Hemi hood on my Barracuda. Hood clearance is definitely something to consider...

Wyman Barnett did the 572 Hemi in my Barracuda. He and Warren did ALL my machine work back in my drag racing days. Raced many years with zero issues. Great work at a fair price. Barnett Racing, in other words, Barnett Automotive.
