My dart won't start in park anymore. The fasten seatbelt light comes on and buzzes. But It will start in neutral. Any suggestions?

There is a 340 duster at south Atlanta pull a part. Its a shame it was in good shape. They said somebody already took the engine ,transmission, and rear. The interior is all there, it's blue in color. Try to save as much of it as you can before they crush it.

Finally my dart comes out of the garage after 2 months of sitting collecting dust while we put the 360 in. We also added the scoop to it. It seemed like for every step forward we made swapping the /6 to the 360 we took 2 steps back but we got there. here are some pics.
