I like some of this guys reviews. He puts tools thru a number of tests , from cheap HF up to the big names. Big money doesn't always win. In this screwdriver test, he even shows how durable they are when they are used for the wrong purpose. Not that I would ever do that.:rolleyes:

It's important to follow the FSM. You are well beyond the service date. All wiper brakes are disc, you definitely don't want fade when you need wipers the most!Also, don't make the same mistake I made, mixed my blinker fluid with my wiper fluid. Ruined the brake pads!

Hi performance mechanical fuel pump works fine. I think a stock pump should be OK. You'll need a regulator to keep the pressure in check, Eddys seem to be sensitive to too much pressure. The Lokar throttle cable, kickdown cable and mounting bracket saves a lot of headaches. My pic from back on...

They're Eddy 1405's. The progressive linkage makes the throttle a real smooth transition and the Lokar throttle and kickdown cables and bracket take a lot of headaches out of the setup.

They are both Bourdin style. They don't have calibration screws. I did see where you can disassemble and pull the needle off and reset to zero. I just find it odd that two gauges made 50 years apart read exactly the same error.
