Adding weight will bring the front end up faster fractionally but itll act as ballast slowing the front end descent. We do this with my car when we run 100 foot drags.

Yes we are fighting it, its been 5 years now in october and this matter is still unresolved. They dropped the ticket they gave me but apparently that doesn't change the blame of the accident. Still trying to get things straightened out and get some money out of her for my car.
