Put on the fiberglass hood with the six pack scoop and get the moroso air pan kit to make the scoop functional. you would be surprised at the performance. "Just my opinion"..........

You probably would have to re-drill the mounting holes, the core is 22" wide. Just as long as the lower radiator hose is on the driver side with the 64' 273 I would think it would be fine. I had this in a 71' A-Body with a big block.

Didn't clean it with anything, removed it from the car last summer and it has been in my garage wrapped in rags and in a plastic bag since. It's just thoroughly drained down.
