Good work, I like the routing.

    Forced induction with aftermarket ac

I think it is possible. I set out to run power steering with a turbo and after getting everything to fit I think there is room for a compressor above the power steering pump. Just have to route the upper rad hose and induction pipe slightly different.

    Switch to E85

Got it. So nice to have plentiful E85 here in Colorado. I did build a 12 gallon spare tire AUX tank just to increase range for long cruises.

    Switch to E85

11.5 afr on E85 is pretty lean, stoich is about 9.7-9.8. Under full boost I am running in the 7.2 range. I wouldn't add timing until you get the mixture dialed in. I am in the 22-24 BTDC range at 14 lbs with E85. BTW, where are you in CO?

1969 Dart GT 340 EFI E85 Turbo Build

A bigger turbo would work fine and probably make more horsepower. Being at high altitude and wanting quick torque I opted for the smaller turbo for now. Already planning the next turbo motor :)

1969 Dart GT 340 EFI E85 Turbo Build

The headlights are all LED and self contained. No bulbs and no HID, just plug them in. The halos have a small box to wire in...they are white but turn amber with turn signals.

1969 Dart GT 340 EFI E85 Turbo Build

They are Genssi brand, I got them on Amazon. I had to trim the mounting cups a little to fit the heat sinks. They are super bright and make night driving awesome. Also there is very little draw, I hardly see any voltage drop. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010MRZSEI/?tag=joeychgo-20

    Roller cam and turbo charging

I went hydraulic because of fewer valve adjustments, and less wear and tear on the rollers. Not sure what performance gains are to be had, I have spun my engine near 8000 rpms with no trouble. I think the biggest gain is from flat tappet to roller just to get that quick ramp and bigger area...

1969 dart custom 4dr 340 efi turbo build.

The build is looking great, but I just wanted to second this. The alternator bolt will fatigue and break if it doesn't have an outer bracket.

    Turbo Scamp

I love the car and can't wait to hear how it runs! I daily drive my Turbo Dart and it is a blast. Really makes a great sleeper, I know you are going to love it. Keep up the good work.

    Turbo timming recommendation?

My 340 is also high compression 10.2:1 but with eddy heads and running e85. My timing at 10 psi is 23 to 24. All the tuning was done on a dyno, adding more timing than this didn't make any more power in my case. Other factors that may come in to play, my turbo is on the smaller end and...

Post your 12 second small block combos

Yeah, I do have a pretty slow 60'. The rear suspension of this car is completely stock with 235/45R17's. I do have a street lynx in my garage ready to go in. No plans to mini-tub, just want to try and fit a 275/40. I am open to any tips in setting up this suspension and getting a better...

1969 Dart GT 340 EFI E85 Turbo Build

Met some FABO guys at Bandimere yesterday! Drove the Dart to the track and ran on my little street tires (235/45R17). I couldn't leave with any boost, but managed my best time.
