I mean if you think about it, I used to crack 120 mph in a Dodge Monaco with a 318 2bbl. I don’t think you’ll miss the extra cfm, and it’ll actually run and idle cleaner with the 500.

That cam is the same one that was used in the early 360/300 crate motors. It’s not a bad cam with the 1.6 ratio rockers that came on the magnum heads. The 318s went TBI before the 360s (88 or 89 to 1992 when the magnums came out). All 360 TBI motors had a long snout roller cam and will...

Yeah that's what I figured. I've been fighting against getting a performer but I think that's the road I am going to have to go down. There really isn't a big gain besides the weight and the eddy piece has to be port matched to the 340/360 but I would rather avoid the spacer.
