I just installed a set of 60779's on my 360 and tried using stamped steel rockers.They hit the valve spring retainers.Luckily I had a set of 273 rockers lying around.

I had a pair of 215/65/15 laying around and I tried them but had rubbing issues fronts are 15x6 w/3.75 bs. 255s might be a little tall to fit,I guess it depends on how high your rear of your car sits,mine is pretty much stock ride height.

I always considered it a mid size suv,like trailblazer/yukon/grand cherokee.I doubt the Durango has the towing capacity of a suburban/tahoe.

I have 22" champion,holes were off also.I used a factory shroud,but had to add strips to it to seal it to radiator.To mount the shroud I drilled and tapped the bracket itself to 1/4 20 and used short bolts.Plenty thick enough to hold the shroud.
