New, just installed and removed to replace the gas tank with a new one. It's neoprene so a little thicker than original or felt replacements. A little wear from the installation is visible but other than that, unused. I incl uded a photo of it on the original tank from a 68 a-body. $20...

I've always had to fill my tank slowly to avoid continual splashing back of the gasoline every gallon or less. And it's a pain to get get it full. I was told by someone it could be a clogged vent tube. I removed mine and found the top end had the flared bulb with a smaller hole than the tube...

If you are calling the lower valance trim the piece that is below the front bumper to give the grill a bottom border, I have one that is driver quality. PM me if this is what you are needing and we can take it from there.

Those are the hubcaps that came on my 1972 Gold Duster. Don't think they came on any earlier Dusters but possibly on other Plymouth models.
