    Charcoal cannister

Could I use the brake booster port on the manifold or get a carb spacer with a pcv port built in? I think maybe one of those options would work.

    Charcoal cannister

Thank you. Not sure if they provide the breather for the tank. Isn't the purge line currently getting manifold vacuum where it's connected at the base of the BBD carb? Not trying to argue your point, I just really have no idea how this stuff works.

    Charcoal cannister

Hi. I have a 74 Duster with cannister as shown. It has 1 line going to top of carb port, and the purge line going to port at base of carb(Carter BBD). I'm going to be switching to a 4 barrel Edelbrock which does not have the carb bowl vent port and the only port the purge line would fit is...

    340 intake on 318

Hi, Im going to be changing out my 2 barrel carb and intake to a 4 barrel carb and 340 intake. Just wondering should I use a 340 intake gasket or the 318 intake gasket kit? Will it matter?

    heat sensor in air cleaner

Hi, Im going to be replacing my air cleaner assembly for one without the snout. My question is regarding the heat sensor in the bottom of the air current air cleaner. One tube runs from the snout of the air cleaner and the other to the carb - do I just cap off the port at the carb when I switch...

    Lowering blocks

Thanks. I see what you're saying about drilling out the lowering block hole to 9/16" but would there be any issue with the 1/2" pin on the block going into the 9/16" hole in the axle tube plate? Is that too much play?

    Lowering blocks

Hi, Car is a 1974 Duster - I'm looking to lower the rear with lowering blocks but not sure which to buy. Anybody know what size the locating pin on the blocks should be? Do I need 1/2" or 9/16"? Thank you

So can I just connect a wire to one of these screws on the case and then to a metal point on the car? Sorry my knowledge of electricity begins and ends with the hydro company sends the bill and I pay it. Thanks

    Installing radio question

Hi, I've got this radio Id like to install in my Duster. Not original but period correct and cosmetically excellent which will be a step up from the 80's beat up cassette player that's in there now. Question is - there is only the power wire, speaker wires and antenna hookup. Should there not...

    Car Buyer Scam

Sounds like a scam. To confirm your suspicions send a reply telling the buyer that the price was a typo and it should be 13,500 not 3,500. My bet is that the "deal" will still be on and they'll ask you to proceed completing the transaction.

    Making amber turn signal lenses

Hi trying to do the same with my lenses but they dont seem to want to budge after the screws were removed. Tried gently prying with a screwdriver but knowing how that can end I figured there's got to be a trick to it. Any helpful hints? BTW car is a 1974 Duster, here is the grill pic for your...
