I've got a headlight knob out of a 69 Barracuda, don't know if it's the same or not. See the picture attached. PM me if you'd like it. The other knob in the photo is for the wipers.

Nope. Just cleaned the parts and sprayed. I've touched up some parts like the door handles, mirrors, etc that I touch often but the stainless trim still looks pretty good.

I have a pair of A-pillar moldings for a 73 Dart Sport, I don't know if they are the same as your Scamp or not. If they are I'll gladly sell them to you.

I've got a pair of Cragars in rough shape but they aren't the backspacing you need. They're 15x10 I believe with slotted holes to accommodate either 5x4 or 5x4-1/2 bolt pattern but I think the backspacing is only 3-1/2" if I remember right. I don't know if it's worth it for you to cut the...

Looks like yours might be a little different than mine. The clips I have would be off a 69 Barracuda. I believe they are tack welded to the firewall.

I have a few still attached to my parts car. If there's an easy way of getting them off the firewall let me know and I'll get them for you.
