:cheers: Yay.......... Finally got the passenger-side header bolted down last night. Had to grind a little more on the flange, but I now have about 1/8" clearance between it and the pass-through bolt on the oil filter base. I ended up using longer hex head bolts (5/16" x 18 x 1 1/4")...

The gauge drops to zero when you start the engine....... or when you start moving? If it's when you start the engine, it's definitely shorting out somewhere. As "mopar head" suggested, the gas tank is a good place to start looking.

If I can avoid pulling the steering column I would be a much happier camper. How high did you have to lift the engine? ....4 or 5 inches? I presume it can be lifted with a floor jack?
