i did the same thing about 14 years ago..cut a 73 tubular k member to fit an early a body....it worked out pretty good. I wonder if someone has done the same to a QA1 tubular k frame??

Right... And that is because of the standout.... A-body SBP standout is 2.25" and BBP is 2.500". Your next custom wheels would need more back space... Thanks for the help

Yeph your right, very short indeed....ilttle over an inch up and down before colapse.. my little 65 puts the f wheels just about an inch off the ground...
