I think its almost the same, just 1/8'' more backspace (I believe stock is 4 1/4?), and if I'm not mistaken, doing the disc swap is supposed to push the wheels out 1/2" further than stock, I measured and 4 1/2'' backspace "should fit", but the most backspace they will put on a 15x7is 4...

i wanted those for my ride as well, just to have something different..................but the pattern is different, 5 x 4.5 is 5 x 114.3mm (if memory serves me correct) , but the 300c and magnum are 5 x 115 mm........ you can physically put them on, but they are not correct.........i was told...
