I'm heading to the scrap yard in Hayward, CA soon - hoping to find 15" 5x4 wheels & some Blue Seat belts. Random question: I noticed the ceiling has two hex head bolts where a shoulder strap would normally go. Is this for a shoulder strap or just to hang laundry? See told you, random. ;)
