He heads were sitting for a few years. But i just got them rebuilt about a week before i swapped them

Heads have been sitting for a few years in my shed. The machine shop cleaned them and did a valve job with new stem seals

The valves, springs and guides were all from the 302 heads. Only thing i took off the other heads was the rocker arms and shafts

So how do i measure them with the springs on? Do i just measure the spring hight the old heads and see if they are the same as the 302s? I dont have any adjustments on the rockers. What would i do then if they are taller?

Yeah. I want to put dual exhaust using the stock manifolds. So im either looking for the y pipe or separate pipes coming down. I dont have 100s for an exhaust right now
