Thats why I asked the John Deere thing has me confused as I thought it would be more of just a hydralic thing in the tractor. Our cars use the fluid for both Hydraulics and friction modifying. :?

It may be your brakes, the shoes shift if they are out of adjustment and jam against the drums, if you have drums that is :)

You might want to check the Vin decoder, I think my car was a 318 car. No 273's in 69.

Very easy to fix. You loosen the two bolts that hold the valve on the top of the steering box ( where the hose goes in) just enough so you can tap it lightly forward or back to center it. Don't loosen it to much because it will spew fluid all over if you do it while the engine is running. You...

I,m going to use DOT 5 because I value my paint, and it will just be a weekend car. The silicone doesnt compress, its if its got air in it the silicone is more likely to get aireated so I'l be very careful about the installation of it.

Factory bearings are stronger for the street than the green bearings. The green bearings dont like side loads so much (cornering). After you pack them with grease (just like front bearings), all you have to do to set the factory bearings is turn the adjuster in until you just bearly FEEL a...
