I went with the MSD atomic system. Originally, I went with the returnless system, HATED IT. A lot of low RPM issues. Put the return system upgrade on, works great now. Very happy with it. Although, it did take some time to get everything adjusted, self learning system is rather slow and frustrating.

Thanks for the input. I have decided to go with the MSD Atomic system with the small cap HEI distributor. Should be here by middle of the week,I'll let you know how it goes.

Well as it turns out, I don;t need a cover after all. Turns out the tranny I bought from a "friend" out of state is a big block tranny. So I am back to square 1. Thanks for the offers though.

Have a freshly rebuilt 727 Trans for a big block for sale. Tranny rebuilt in Nov. this year never installed, has floor shifter bracket and '72 style cross member also include trans mount if you want it, but it's shot. Does not have dipstick or converter. $ 650 invested will sell for $ 500.00...

Thanks for the info Hipo65. I do have a factory forged crank, I checked the numbers, so in other words, all I need to be concerned about is that I have a neutral converter and the prefered stall on the converter, everything else is interchangable???

Do you still have the LCAs and sway bar?
