You can buy the new stainless trim from AMD for 250.00 gasket 120.00 from several vendors and the clips for 20.00 As mentioned though several different cars used that trim so finding it in a junkyard shouldn't be too hard.

I have the Hemi Denny k in my 67 fish and I couldn't be happier. I just got it all together and only a few quick blasts down the road ( no alignment yet ) before winter got here. Even without alignment all I can say is wow! Night and day difference going from all new stock front end to an HDK...

I have TTI's and a mini starter on my 67 cuda and can pop it right in or out with no probs at all.

106 is the highest I've seen 4 miles down the road for 6.00 a gallon but I haven't looked for a few years so it's prob higher now.

I must have got lucky when I did mine, press the shaft out, run the air hammer right down the side, fold in, grab with pliers and pull out. Whole thing took less than 10 min;)

I had that cam in a 360 and thought it sucked. It sounded bone stock with no lope at all. I advanced it 4* and even with a stall it was sluggish. If I remember correctly there was something wrong with the base circle on those cams which added to the trouble...

I swapped my front drums for disc and changed nothing else. Ran it that way for 8 years with zero safety issues. It wont empty the reservoir at all and the car will stop fine...just not as well as you would expect a disc brake car to stop. That being said, mc's are cheap and its a simple bolt...

I agree with 70aarcuda. I had a bone stock 76 360 with 140k on that I put new rod and mains in it, new rings and a cam and lifters and I spun it to 7000 rpm several times a day for six years with zero issues. I'm sure it was spent well before 7k but I was young and it was fun to do;)
