I assume you got this fugured out over at FBBO yesterday?? The 3681053 and 3515841 numbers are your application for the trans.. 4221 and 3496 will tell you in a 10,000 day calender the date they were built.... the last two four digit numbers are not important for your query...

Short shaft trans, really?? That's weird... If you post up the VIN # (partial) on the lower pan rail, someone will be able to confirm the car it came out of (likely not me tho lol). And, if you post up the PK # that's on the side of the transmission pan rail, we can reverse engineer that...

Really looks like a half-a$$ something stamped before the 7 too, maybe a T ??? Is it a cast crank engine (E)?? Maybe it's a big-bore? :poke:
