I left the bumper and used foam on the door. If I remember right if the bumper was removed the door would get stuck in the closed position.

    Heater Box

As I remember I put foam on all the doors to help them seal. But with out foam everything will still function. Most all the heater boxes leak so what I did was put a manual shut off valve on the heater hose. Oem vacuum valves expensive. Home Depot manual valve cheap. Good luck.

    73 Duster/Dougs headers/360/Power steering

Move the steering column all the way over. There's quite a bit of room for movement. Then put 1/8" washers on the side of the steering box. This kicks the box at a little angle, enough for steering coupler to sneak by number 7 tube.

Tell Jason after the dreaded wet sanding, that took me two weekends. The compounding is next. I found that to be the fun part because you could see the gloss come back. How nice would high octane gas be?

I can get 110 here. 7.85 a gallon. No ethanol. Let's remember one thing. More compression equalls more power. 450 elevation. If I worried about cost of gas I wouldn't have all the toys I have. My 2 cents.

    Homemade unilug wheels

I thought at first loose lugs, but look at the holes. It only goes in one direction. Wow. Maybe if you torque the lugs to 200 ft pounds the wheel will stay centered and balanced. Only kidding.
