I have the numbers matching trans and engine for my P-Code car, so it is original.

It has factory AC, it is an automatic. It currently has 3.23 gears in it.

The other issue I have is that the pulley is too far out from the pump, so the belt is offset. You can see it better on the first picture. I don't see anyway to adjust it.

Does this unit work for both AC or Non-AC? I didn't see anything about. I am assuming that since it flows more water, that it works for the AC as well. I sent an email to their customer support, but have not heard anything back yet.

My water pump is starting to leak and I need to replace it. Can anyone recommend a particular brand that they have installed? I don't trust the AutoZone, Advance Auto brands that they carry. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What is the difference between the firm feel and a standard rebuild of the existing gearbox?

The alternator and AC belts line up just fine. Only the power steering belt is out of alignment. I don't think it is the crank pulley. The pictures of the other PS pumps looks like the gap between the pump and the pulley.

Thank you g413. It took a while before I had the car back, so I could take the picture of the PS pump. I do see your dimensions and that does help a lot. Where did you get your rebuilt pump?

It is way off. It scuffs up against the AC compressor belt. Does anyone else have a 340 with AC and PS that can show me what their belts look like?

This has been very helpful. I still haven't been able to get more pics, as the I am having front end work finished, and it was up on the lift the last time I saw it. Your picture of the pump and bracket looks just like mine. I am just not sure of the distance on the pulley from the pump itself.

The water pump appears to be stock type. The Alternator and AC line up with crank pulley, but the power steering pulley seems to be about a 1/4 -1/2 inch to far forward, so the belt runs on an angle. Nothing about the power steering looks off. It looks to be a Saganaw and the belt runs between...
