    What are you guys using for helmets? I looked on Summit & SA05/M05 helmets are about $400.00.Now I don't want to hear "how can you put a price on safety?"I agree but what are some cheaper alternatives.I only race my car 3-4 times a year.

    I think factory tips look the best 1" past the bumper,also up tight to the bumper.

    Whats Your Engine Setup

    Motor actually runs awesome.I had pan off last year & saw the scuffing on piston skirts/cylinder walls.I did about 6 oil changes trying to flush out system but the damage had been done.It's been about 3 years & 5k hard miles on motor since.I'll just wait till she blows before I'll do anything.

    engine busting up

    I run the Tri-y's as well.Even though collector size is 2.5" I still went with 3" exhaust w/x-pipe all the way back to factory tips.

    Just a suggestion,why have the exhaust come out rear only to be piped up to the front?Why not have outlet at the front of cylinder heads & go straight down?

    I would start with stock pv because that 1 is too big for your combo. Set timing to 35 degrees all in by 2500 rpm. Make a base run at track.Jet up 2 sizes primary & secondary & make another run.if mph goes down jet down 1 size primary/secondary.check mph again.Repeat until you get highest...
