Should be pretty easy to see if it's dripping fuel in the venturi after it's shut off. That's where I would be looking.

Door panels are trash. I will have to check my boxes of parts for seat belts. Will let you know

I'm measuring 3.6" on the bore with a little surface rust at the top of the cylinder. Specs say 3.625" so I would have to say no to having been bored. I don't see any cracks. PM me if interested

I will look into it on the weekend. I know it's a bit rusty, and I have not attempted to turn it over manually. Hope to pull it out this coming weekend weather permitting

Yes, but as stated in the original post, I am using the back end of it. I may have a spare stainless wheelwell trim if that's what you are referencing. There is a lot of trim inside the car
