[WANTED] steering wheel for 65 dart GT

That's a real nice dash. I like the white on contrast with the black too.

    Clifford Headers for a 225?

Say...how about that exhaust bend one has to deal with at the starter? Looks pretty gnarly.

    Clifford Headers for a 225?

I debated on commenting here, about this, but I looked at these some 30 years ago. Back then I placed an order and I got a notice that when they get enough orders they'll make them. I canceled the order. I have to make a decision too. I'm leaning towards having a pair of Dutra duals made. Don't...

    Anyone ever see this before

That looks like a Jersey tag. Not that I would be privy to such things. /s

    1964 Dart GT Almost Done

I just started my '65 GT and was thinking about putting Plum Crazy on it. I talked myself out of it, and was settled on the original Gold. I'm rethinking my thinking again after seeing this beauty.

    My '65 Dart GT

Bought this back in '83 or so for $800. Rebuilt the motor once, "repaired" the floor pans with my brothers Duster, and drove it for twenty some years. It sat in storage for the last ten years until we bought this house, and now I have her back. I'm working on this project while having some...

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

Here's the '59 catalog page with the lever with knob, 8-50-129. I find these books invaluable. MyMopar.com has all of them for free download.

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

Sorry Mike, I thought I was talking to Vance. Your '66 is looking nice. I hope not to have as much rust when I tackle my '65.

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

I don't have the '67 catalog, but I did run across something about the black tip being used on '63 and earlier.

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

I should have said that the bottom photo is the correct one.

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

That didn't take too long. '65 and '66 are the same with different part #'s. A guy on ebay has one for $145. This is what is in my 65.

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

I don't know what the difference is but the '66 part# is 2661-516. I'm going to do some research to see what I can find out.

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

The catalog doesn't say, but the lever in my '65 Dart GT is all chrome.

65 Dart Turn Signal Levers - 2 Styles?

It looks like the Dart, Valiant, Belvedere, and Coronet all had the same turn signal lever. No matter the level of trim. As listed in the parts catalog: Lever and knob, Illustration #8-50-129, Part #2580-226

    Roof rail Seal

Pretty steep for a couple pieces of rubber, right?

    Roof rail Seal

I found them! At least I found a manufacturer that sells them listed as for '63-'66. You were right on about no one showing the same part # for the '66, but if you look at the cars side by side, they're pretty much identical. You won't be able to use the '67 because the quarter panel is way...

    Roof rail Seal

Tim suggested Steele. They don't list one for '66 either. What's different with this model??? I'm on a mission.

    Roof rail Seal

This is weird. Steele lists the same part# for '63, '64, and '65, but no roof rail seal for '66.

    Roof rail Seal

I think the seals are the same as 63-65. They have to be. '67 was the third generation. You have a second gen. I have a Chrysler parts catalog for the '65 year I got at MyMopar, and it's been a extremely helpful.
