    Can a rebuilt 69' x head 340 with a little hotter cam than stock handle a 150 shot of nitrous ok ?

    Well ....I did explore the 60 and 70's but I'm running an 8" wheel with 4.25 backspace ...so the though was to run with the same section width as the tire I have on now 8.4 to be sure it would fit...If I could run the 215/70/15 with the 8.7 SW I would run that... Appreciate the input ..... Nice...

    gotcha ...The 235 is 26.1 and a 9.2 section width.....so I'm thinking, now since I can't have a fat a tire with the 8" 4 1/4 BS I'm leaning towards the 215/65/R15 as it's 26 high and that will give me another 1 1/2 inch to fill the well with while keeping the 8.4 section width of the the 205/50...

    Thanks .....guess I should go with the 215-65 R15 as its pretty much the same width as the 50 ....just 26 high .....I'll measure it all up again when I get home ...235 would have been nice :)

    Looked through threads a bit but didn't find a definitive answer ...I have a 76' Dart swinger that I have 255/60/15's on the back and was thinking I'd like to go 245/60/15 on the front...I have large bolt pattern disc's on the front and the wheel is 8" wide with 4.25" back spacing ....Anyone...
