    Had a great time! We pitted with the autocross guys so didn't get to see a lot of drag racing. We ended up winning the Grand Champion truck class and set quick time on the drag strip for the competition with a 10.74 on hard tires coasting the last few hundred feet.

    List your MPG on your transplant 5.7 or 6.1

    On the way to Drag Week I had a couple legs on 87 octane that I got 21 mpg. I ran a 50% ethanol mixture during the week which knocked mileage down some, as well as the 14 quarter mile passes. Still got 15.4 mpg average for the whole trip. Not bad for a mid 10 second Jeep.

    Thanks! The turbo is kind of cheating, so easy to make power without having to get very in depth with the engine. I was kind of disappointed in what the Jeep weighs but the motor more than exceeded my expectations and made up for her being a little chubby.

    Personally, I think you'd be far better off running a factory style multiport intake with a Holley HP controlling fuel and timing. Probably the same price and you have fuel and spark interacting in one computer.

    Shoot, didn't even realize you're local to me! I think we've talked before, I've got the turbo Wagoneer and Cherokee. For what it's worth, my Cherokee has a 09+ with the vvt locked out and stock bottom end on 6 psi. 11.46 @ 120 weighing in at 3995 lbs stick shifted.

    If you're already planning on an aftermarket ECU, why not just put a turbo on the stock 5.7 and be done with it? Then you've got room to grow if you ever build a good motor.
