Had a great time! We pitted with the autocross guys so didn't get to see a lot of drag racing. We ended up winning the Grand Champion truck class and set quick time on the drag strip for the competition with a 10.74 on hard tires coasting the last few hundred feet.

On the way to Drag Week I had a couple legs on 87 octane that I got 21 mpg. I ran a 50% ethanol mixture during the week which knocked mileage down some, as well as the 14 quarter mile passes. Still got 15.4 mpg average for the whole trip. Not bad for a mid 10 second Jeep.

Thanks! The turbo is kind of cheating, so easy to make power without having to get very in depth with the engine. I was kind of disappointed in what the Jeep weighs but the motor more than exceeded my expectations and made up for her being a little chubby.

I am not sure if the Sniper would interface with the MSD6HEMI, it would probably have to be run fuel-only (much like a carburetor). The Terminator uses the HP ecu so in theory you should be able to remove and sell the MSD6HEMI and run everything off the Holley. A call to Holley EFI tech...

Personally, I think you'd be far better off running a factory style multiport intake with a Holley HP controlling fuel and timing. Probably the same price and you have fuel and spark interacting in one computer.

Shoot, didn't even realize you're local to me! I think we've talked before, I've got the turbo Wagoneer and Cherokee. For what it's worth, my Cherokee has a 09+ with the vvt locked out and stock bottom end on 6 psi. 11.46 @ 120 weighing in at 3995 lbs stick shifted.

If you're already planning on an aftermarket ECU, why not just put a turbo on the stock 5.7 and be done with it? Then you've got room to grow if you ever build a good motor.

The insurance company will have a salvage value that you can buy it back for. If you don't buy it back through the insurance it'll go through a salvage auction (probably Copart).

If it is in fact a 2003, there are a variety of small differences that you'll need to address. The cam, timing chain, gears, tensioner, etc won't work on the 6.4 shortblock. You'd need to check but the front cover probably won't work. The accessory pulley depth changed so all the 5.7...
