At least it worked for you, I bought a new one off ebay, can't remember from who. anywho, after the winter in storage the float leaked and quit working. it was a brand new plastic float piece of s#!t. How's that for crap luck.

I believe they are still searching for it, but it sounds like it hit somewhere in central Alberta. I'm in southern Saskatchewan so I don't know for sure. It's petty neat though, I missed the show cause I was at work though a couple of my friends saw it.

just looking for some peoples thoughts on the direction of my build up. it's going to be a restification, looks original with a few upgrades. it's a 69 mod top with a 68 front end 'cause the previous owner smashed it up and replaced it with this one. probably a stroker about 450 hp, 4 speed...

So I'm trying to decide what to do with my engine for my '69 mod top 'cuda restification and was wondering if anyone has bought or know's someone who has bought an engine from carolina machine engines. I would like a small block stroker in the 450 hp neighborhood and talked to a local speed shop...

that car was also on ebay for a little while. can't remember the price, but it was fairly cheap i think. i may be a little impartial, but i'd say build a cuda.

I'd say go with the top, although i'm a little biased as i have a mod car myself. the tops not on the car yet, but it's in the basement waiting to go on. too bad you can't find the material. i got mine from laysons which took for freakin ever. turns out it's from legendary anyways. good luck...
