    No had a different radiator which I put a pusher and puller. I have no clearance to put bigger fans or bigger shroud. Matter of fact in order to get a shroud at all I got this radiator which the motor is inbedded in the core itself! Expensive radiator!

    Yeah I was thinking that also so I disconnected the procharger and charge tube and it still does it. Mind boggling!

    I can't get a bigger radiator or fan that I have in it now without seriously modifying the core support!

    Could be. But didn't have the problem when I had a turbo on it! Not sure why the procharger would make that much difference.

    That's something different to check out. I don't have enough room to fo what you did. The pulley for the charger is 1/8 inch away from the shroud.

    I had a bigger pulley on the water pump before because I thought that maybe it was going to slow so that's why I have the smaller one now.

    The belt is off because I took the heads off for inspection. The crank pulley is 5 1/4 and water pump pulley is 4 1/4. The crank pulley is part of the procharger pulley and the 5 1/4 is what it came with. 4 1/4 water pump pulley is the smallest I could find

    Tried that too! It's mind boggling! I've tried everything I know and what others have suggested. Frustrating! I just want to drive the hell out of this beast!

    The engine compartment is definitely full! I do have a Hemi style hood on it also so hot air can escape easily!

    It got better when I gutted the thermostat. Sending unit is at the waterpump housing.

    There is a difference between my gauge and computer of around 10 degrees. I took the heads off to see if the gaskets were flawed but haven't seen anything there!

    It will go to 225 230 then shuts down.
